Customizable Designs

  • Working with a design engineer, your personal vision can go from a thought, to a design, to a piece of steel you can hold in your hands.

  • If you have an image you want to see become an out of the ordinary piece of art you can hang on your wall, images can be converted and modified to be able to be made out of steel.

Quality Materials

  • Quality steel with thicknesses ranging from 12 - 16 gauge can be used for signs. Other metals such as aluminum, copper, and stainless steel can also be cut.

  • Finishes range from paint, acid etching, powdercoating, and heatblueing with 1k and 2k clear coats available for a more durable finish for outdoor use and is available upon request.

CNC

  • All designs are created by a design engineer using multiple programs to allow for the creation of just about any design paired with a CNC plasma cutter for sharp, clean cuts every time

  • The hand crafted metal work can be seen in different finishes, welding, and forgework.

Milano Fabrication was built to provide straightforward, reliable metalwork without the hassle.

What started with small custom projects has grown into a go-to shop for one-offs, prototypes, and small-batch production. From simple brackets to more involved custom builds, every job is approached with the same focus: make it strong, make it clean, and make it last.

We design and fabricate steel brackets, equipment mounts, contractor tooling, and agricultural repairs using CNC plasma cutting, press brake forming, and precision welding. When something needs to fit right and hold up in the real world, we build it that way from the start.

Alongside structural work, Milano Fabrication produces custom signage, branded pieces, and steel décor—combining materials to create work that stands out without sacrificing durability.

We also work with inventors, hobbyists, and product developers to turn ideas into physical parts through metal fabrication, prototyping, and 3D printing.
